Our First trip to this area. The Mississippi was at historic lows, but we thought it was always this way. Out of curiosity I climbed the overgrown bluff North of the Gazebo to see the View. There were traces of a trail and some construction on top then, some holes, bricks, pipes etc. I think River traffic was stopped due to the low water.
Pine Hills Road was fully open and maintained and all the pull outs were clear viewing. It was early Fall. What a great day!
